Booking, cancellations and gift cards, explained

You book online and add a card to hold your appointment, but no deposit is charged at booking. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead: cancellations within 24 hours incur a fee of 20% of the booked service, and a 20% fee is charged to the card on file for missed appointments without prior notice.

Booking and the card on file

All booking happens online. Choose your treatment on the booking calendar, pick an open time and add a card to hold the appointment. A card secures your visit. No deposit is charged at booking.

You'll get a confirmation and an intake form by email. Because Simply Facials is a solo practice, spots fill quickly, so booking one to two weeks ahead is a good idea, especially for weekends. Same-day openings appear on the calendar when they're available. Appointments are recommended over walk-ins to guarantee your spot.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a fee of 20% of the booked service.

If you miss an appointment without prior notice, a 20% fee will be charged to the card on file. The earlier you reschedule, the more open times you'll have to choose from.

Running late

Try to arrive on time to get the most out of your treatment. If you're late, Leica will provide the remaining time for your session, but the full service fee will still apply.

Leave a few extra minutes for parking. Park behind the building. The entrance is on Oak Lane.

Coming with a friend

Leica is the only esthetician at Simply Facials and performs every treatment herself, so she sees one client at a time. To come with a friend, book two back-to-back appointments on the calendar. Open times are shown live on the booking calendar, so you can see right away whether two back-to-back slots are free.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be bought online in any amount and sent by email right away or on a scheduled date. The recipient books online as usual, and the balance is applied at checkout. It works well for a first facial: The 50 starts at $115.

Gift card sales are final, so double-check the recipient's email address before you send it.
