A gentle skincare routine for sensitive skin

For sensitive skin, use fewer, gentler steps that calm and protect, and add anything active slowly. Leica's sensitive skin routine uses Rejuvi 'o' Cleansing Milk, Rejuvi 'q' Flavonoid Complex, Rejuvi 'b' Skin Moisturizer and Rejuvi 'h' Skin Healing Gel, with Rejuvi 'g' AHA Cream Sensitive two or three nights a week.
Who this routine is for
It is for skin that reacts easily: redness, stinging with new products, or flushing after heat or exercise. It is also a good fit while your skin is recovering after treatments.
If you have a rash or a skin condition your doctor is treating, check with your doctor first.
Morning
- Cleanse with Rejuvi 'o' Cleansing Milk, an ultra-mild cream cleanser. Massage it on and rinse with a warm, damp washcloth.
- Calm with Rejuvi 'q' Flavonoid Complex. Shake it well, then massage it in lightly with upward strokes.
- Moisturize with Rejuvi 'b' Skin Moisturizer, blended on your fingertips and massaged in with upward strokes. Finish with sunscreen. It is not recommended if you have a yeast (candida) skin infection.
Evening and once a week
- Cleanse again with the 'o' Cleansing Milk.
- Soothe with Rejuvi 'h' Skin Healing Gel, an aloe and chamomile gel you can also use any time skin feels dry, irritated or sore.
- Night cream: Rejuvi 'g' AHA Cream Sensitive. Rub a small amount in evenly, avoiding the eye area. Start two or three nights a week.
- Once a week: Rejuvi Hydrating Mask on cleansed skin, avoiding the eyes. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
The right order, and going slowly
Layer from thinnest to thickest: serum or gel first, cream after. Sunscreen goes on last every morning.
The AHA cream is the one active step here, so introduce it on its own, two or three nights a week, and stop anything that stings. AHAs can increase sun sensitivity, so daily sunscreen matters.
What to expect and the facial that pairs with it
Fewer, gentler steps help skin settle. The routine pairs with The 75, which starts at $160 and includes one enhancement. For reactive skin, LED red light or ice globes are calming choices.
Note your sensitivity on your intake form so Leica can adjust the facial to your skin that day.
